EDH Ledger — Privacy Policy

EDH Ledger is a Commander (EDH) deck and game-tracking app. This page explains what data the app handles and how.

The short version

Data stored on your device

The app stores the following locally, using on-device SQLite storage:

• Deck names, commanders, and descriptions you create
• Game records you log, including placement, notes, and opponent commanders

None of this data is sent to us or to any third party. We have no server and no ability to see your data.

iCloud backup

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, iOS may include the app's local data in your standard device backup, the same way it backs up any other app. This is Apple's standard backup mechanism, tied to your Apple ID — it is not a custom sync service operated by EDH Ledger, and we have no access to it.

Third-party services

When you search for a commander by name, the app sends that search query to the Scryfall API to look up card data (name, color identity, artwork). These requests are anonymous and unauthenticated — no personal information or device identifier is included. See Scryfall's own privacy policy for how they handle API requests.

Children's privacy

EDH Ledger does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect personal information from any user.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual games or entire decks at any time from within the app. Deleting the app from your device removes all locally stored data (subject to any existing iCloud device backups, which are managed through your device's iCloud settings, not by EDH Ledger).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
